Bold is beautiful , especially when it comes to little girl's clothing. Bright colors and large prints are now in style for your daughter's wardrobe. These radical prints are flowered, dotted, tropical and striped. They are purple and fuschia, green and yellow and just plain fun. If you want your child to make a big statement and be noticed where ever she goes then go for the bold. Clothes like Baby Nay produces , set the stage for bright, cheerful and bold.
Flowers
What little girl does not love flowers? And what parent does not love seeing her child in a little pastel flowered dress. Or maybe some not so little flowers. And maybe some not so little flowers in a not so pastel dress. How about bright red and purple flowers the size of your hand splashed across a sundress or covering a baby sack? This type of print is just the style your little girl will love to be seen in. She will be the center of attention. Baby Nay makes a beautiful d flower wardrobe. It consists of a sack for the baby and a swing set, sun dress and headband for the little girls and toddlers. There are poppies, bright pink roses and brushed colored daisies that look like they stepped out of a Monet painting all to be found in the Baby Nay wardrobe.
Mod Prints
If you are looking for something a bit more "eclectic" to really put a zip in your daughter's wardrobe then go for mod prints and contrasting colors. Bright pink and bright green really make an outfit pop. Combine that with a print segmented into dots , swirls, flower and just plain "out there" designs and you have am amazing garment that will set your little girl apart from all the others. Baby Nay has a perfect example of such a pattern. It is called Citrus Sorbet and with its pink, green and yellow slightly patchwork silly designs it really boldly goes where no little girl's dress has gone before.
Tropical
Lets head to the Caribbean and dress our girls in tropical flowers set on a sunshine yellow background. Perfect for the summer are dresses, hats and pant sets in big pink tropical flowers. Your daughter will look like she is ready for a day of fun and sun at the beach. Baby Nay has designed a wardrobe with that topical flair. Called Jamaican Breeze , it is bold fuschia and yellow tropical flower print. It is perfect for summer fun.
Black is Bold
Black is not a common color one will find in a child's wardrobe. Once again it is a bold statement that will make your child stand out in the crowd. It does take some daring to dress you little girl in black. But, done in the right print and style it can look very feminine and adorable. Baby Nay makes a black and white striped top with just a touch of bright pink. This top goes with a pair of Baby Nay black and white striped leggings. Or if it is too much strip simple black leggings go well with the striped top.
Don't be afraid to take a chance on a bold print. Your child might look better in these wild prints than the simple and traditional pastel clothing. She will definitely stand out in a crowd! When you're self employed you have numerous advantages. As you are a free agent, you will write off every deduction you can on your tax return. You acquire the potential to earn extra income much more so than someone who is employed by someone else. The best part is that you are the gaffer, the boss! On rare occasions , being freelance has some drawbacks. One is when you go to get finance for a property or a large purchase. However, here are some items to know that could help you prepare for the mortgage loan process. A self-employed mortgage loan survival guide, if you will.
While confirming your income - the average lender will need to be made aware of at least 2 years of self employment history, occasionally they will request 3 years. They will ask to see this history verified in tax returns , generally. Occasionally the lenders may figure your income as being the average income you claimed on your income taxes as profits, not your gross business income. Another time the lender may figure your income as the lowest of the two years and every now and again as the highest of the two years. Talk to your mortgage professional or lender and find out their verification criteria. For instance, some lenders may calculate a part of your write-offs or deductions and work it back into your income. There are ideas of additional ways that a lender may be able to verify your income and if you are a free agent it may help you to be able to show a supplementary of your income.
If you can, compile a profit & loss statement , accurately quoting your expenses & profits for the last couple of years. You may find this tedious, but it could be used as proof of income for a mortgage provider. If you can get it signed or verified by your accountant, more's the better.
If you can, it's always best to provide your bank statements to prove your income - search for a lender who might accept as little as 2 years of statements as sufficient proof. These days , you'll find that many lenders confirm your income in this fashion. This is normally a more favourable method of proving your income than lifting the figures from your tax returns. The reason being that you can, more often than not, show that you have a lot more additional cash flow than your tax returns might indicate. When completing your tax returns you generally subtract every single business expense prior to your claim of any profits. By employing bank statements, you are still proving income , this reduces the importance of your credit score or deposit during the application process - while a "self-cert" or "self-certification" mortgage will place more emphasis on your credit score.
If you cannot provide statements apply for a "self cert", or "stated income" mortgage. This type of loan is very common these days. You actually need no proof of income, you simply state on the application form, the l. |
